Processing Times
New Releases are typically processed within 2 weeks after placing an order on the website. (excluding weekends and holidays)
However, if the product description includes a note or disclaimer specifying a different processing or shipping time, that timeframe will apply.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Estimates
Domestic Shipping (within NL):
Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): €5
EU Shipping:
Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): €12
International Shipping:
Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): 14
We ship to most countries worldwide. Rates will be calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Delivery times vary by location.
Note: Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
After shipping is confirmed, track your order through the shipping confirmation provided to your email along with your order, or enter the tracking number provided in that email at https://www.postnl.nl/en.
Shipping Issues & Delays
While we strive to meet stated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to high order volume, weather, customs processing, or carrier issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages
MyHeroFigs.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. However, please reach out to us — we’ll do our best to assist you in filing a claim or finding a resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns
Please note that we do not accept returns. However, if you discover any issues with your order upon delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.
